Returns Policy

Simple Sea Glass has a 2 week return policy. We will be happy to refund your item, minus shipping charges if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returned items must be in new condition. Please ship it back to us in the original gift box. Exchanges are welcome, customer is responsible for return shipping of original item and the cost of shipping the new item(s). It is recommended that the customer insures items for returns or exchanges as we are not responsible for lost packages in the mail.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Domestic Shipping

We ship all of our domestic  packages through the United States Postal Service. Ground shipping to the US is FREE for all orders. For most locations this has a delivery time of 2 to 3 days (Monday - Saturday)

If you require faster shipping, we offer overnight shipping for $25.00 (you can select this option in the shopping cart ). 

All packages ship within 24 to 48 hours. (Monday-Friday)

Why do we ship with the USPS?

According to an article by Green America (formerly Coop America) entitled "Green Your Shipping", You can’t beat the US Postal Service (USPS ), which comes to your house daily, unlike other carriers, which have to make special trips to bring you a package. The USPS uses water-based inks for its stamps, and its Priority and Express envelopes and boxes have been Cradle-to-Cradle certified for meeting high environmental standards from manufacture to disposal. A third of all USPS deliveries are made on foot, and its delivery fleet includes electric, hybrid, and biodiesel vehicles. It has also been working to reduce energy use and incorporate green design elements in its buildings, and its employees are unionized.

International Shipping

If you are outside of the US, we have a flat rate of $25.00 US for shipping and we ship using FedEx International Priority for a fast and reliable delivery. All packages ship within 24 to 48 hours, we ship Monday-Friday. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
